All Facilitation Fees, Licenses, Permits and Barangay Clearances, Working Drawings, Labor and Materials, Supervision, Tools & Equipment, Temporary Facilities of Workers, Temporary Utilities needed for the House Construction, Water and Electricity Main Connections, Occupancy permits/As- Built plans and 1 year Warranty on Defects and Workmanship.
Construction of housing models will commence 10-15 days after down payment and will be delivered within 90 working days.
